Boomtown was a multinational gaming community - as well as Internet cafe - originally started in Denmark. They had since expanded to other countries, including England and Sweden, and had plans for expanding to Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
Boomtown boasted "one of the ten largest dedicated server parks in the World, with some of the lowest ping-times out there," as they were owned by the Danish internet service provider TDC.
Their Danish Internet cafés were located in Copenhagen, Århus and Odense.
In May 2010 they filed for bankruptcy.[1][2] Their website is now defunct.
